Job summary

Andy Mohr CDJR is seeking an energetic Automotive Sales Associate to greet customers, understand their needs, and present suitable vehicles. You will conduct test drives, explain features and financing options, and negotiate pricing to close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are self-motivated, and can work evenings and weekends. A valid driver’s license and CRM experience are required.

• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive sales experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
