Job summary

Andy Mohr Automotive Group is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment. The role involves greeting customers, gathering vehicle information, documenting concerns, and recommending maintenance based on mileage and history.

You will provide accurate estimates for parts and labor, monitor repair progress, and review completed work with customers to explain final invoices. ACSI-driven service mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a high-volume environment.
