Andy Mohr Ford – Plainfield, IN is seeking a sales associate to greet customers on the lot, help them find vehicles that meet their needs using current inventory, and demonstrate features during on-lot visits.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork in a dynamic dealership environment.

Formación

• High School diploma is required.
• At least 2 years of auto technician experience.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and information.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
• Capability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Assist customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs using current inventory sheets.
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles' features on the lot.
• Assist customers in completing their sales applications.
• Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily and reporting any problems to the General Manager.
• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
