Jimmy Smith Allstate Insurance in Austin is seeking an Insurance Sales Associate to join our team. We welcome both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting appropriate coverage, preparing quotes, and pursuing new business while meeting sales goals. A license is a plus and training will be provided to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Insurance sales experience preferred, especially Allstate experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license is a plus; must be obtained upon hire.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
