• Active Texas Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
• Confidence discussing life insurance and asking for the sale.

• Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and meet production goals.
• Dependable, motivated, organized, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Life Insurance Sales: identify opportunities, present coverage options, and close life insurance sales.
• Customer Reviews: discuss financial protection needs and identify gaps in existing coverage.
• Multi-Line Sales: quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance.
• Bundling: help customers build comprehensive protection plans.
• Lead Follow-Up: convert inbound leads, referrals, and existing customer opportunities into sales.
• Relationship Building: develop trust, maintain customer relationships, and earn referrals.
• Sales Accountability: meet established weekly, monthly, and annual production goals.
