Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting appropriate coverage, preparing quotes, and pursuing new business while meeting sales goals. A license is a plus and training will be provided to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Insurance sales experience preferred, especially Allstate experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license is a plus; must be obtained upon hire.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Prepare quotes and explain coverage options, discounts, and products.
• Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers.
• Generate new business and work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and agency records.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve your sales skills.
