You will collaborate with sales leaders, buyers, and internal partners to ensure seamless service, organized showroom operations, and precise sales processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and Buying Partners.
• Prepare for meetings and create decks/reports for the sales team.
• Enter sales orders accurately and manage processing.
• Conduct market research and assist with competitor analysis.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate market planning and showroom logistics.
• Track and manage samples for inbound/outbound flow.
• Maintain showroom for seasonal markets and ensure samples are displayed well.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and Buying Partners.
• Assist the sales team in preparing for meetings and creating presentation materials, such as decks and reports.
• Manage order processing by accurately preparing and entering sales orders.
• Conduct market research and assist with competitor analysis as necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate market planning and logistics, including appointment scheduling and showroom setup.
• Track and manage samples, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound processes.
• Maintain the showroom for seasonal markets, ensuring samples are organized and displayed effectively

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with sales software is beneficial ex: BlueCherry.
• Basic understanding of retail math and sales reporting.

• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good listening skills and a willingness to learn from experiences.

• The offered salary for this position will vary based on role requirements determined by NYC Alliance, skill set and years of experience.
