Job summary

Ladish Valves in Houston, TX is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Sales Team Lead and Associates. You will enter sales orders, maintain logs, and handle documentation requests to keep shipments on track.

• Maintain and update Bookings log, Sales Order log and Billings daily.

• Coordinate with Sales Team and review/update Sales Orders as needed.
• Send customers catalogs and drawings as needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Inventory catalog room monthly.
• Provide support to Outside sales personnel (Sending catalogs, swag etc.)
• Update Quote Log (CRM) as needed for Sales Team.
• Communicate with customers and production team to expedite deliveries
