Job summary

Friastone by CMS Surfaces is expanding its team in San Juan, PR and seeks a bilingual, passionate Sales Assistant to support the sales team and create a positive experience for every customer. This in-person role emphasizes communication, organization, and a customer-service mindset.

You will handle phone calls, follow up on orders, respond to client emails, greet visitors, help with quotes, and document interactions in our systems.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) with strong communication skills.
• Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Familiar with data entry and common office tools (Monday, Excel, Word, Gmail, QuickBooks).

Responsibilities

• Receive all phone calls and make follow-up calls to customers' orders and potential clients.
• Answer emails of clients following up with their projects and all sales/projects related questions.
• Greet customers upon arrival to the office and assist them with questions, product information and purchasing decisions.
• Assist with preparing quotes (training will be provided, no previous experience required).
• Accurately document customer interactions in our business systems.

Friastone by CMS Surfaces is expanding its team and we are looking for a bilingual, passionate, and motivated customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team! As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales team and creating a positive experience for every customer.

Friastone is a company of tradition specialized in sales, manufacturing and installation of natural stones, quartz and sintered stones on all surfaces.We have over 40 years of experience providing knowledge, materials and precision to achieve customer satisfaction and expectations taking each project from the concept to reality.Work location: In person
