Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with sales software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and Buying Partners.
• Prepare for meetings and create presentation materials such as decks and reports.
• Manage order processing by accurately preparing and entering sales orders.
• Conduct market research and assist with competitor analysis as necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate market planning and logistics, including appointment scheduling and showroom setup.
• Track and manage samples, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound processes.
• Maintain the showroom for seasonal markets, ensuring samples are organized and displayed effectively.
