AMC Global Media in New York, NY seeks a Sales Assistant to join the Commercial Sales & Revenue Operations team. The role supports account teams, manages relationships with agencies, and assists in deal management. A bachelor’s degree and basic sales experience are required, with strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Sales environment or internship experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing booked business and key accounts.
• Developing strong relationships with agency assistants and buyers.
• Supporting Account Directors on deal management.
• Preparing order letters and entering deals into systems; sending traffic instructions and tracking tapes.
• Maintaining outlists and cut-off times for Account Directors.
• Sending flowcharts and log times to agencies.
• Resolving discrepancies with agency assistants/buyers and negotiating makegoods.
• Entering sales plans into WideOrbit.
• Processing allocations, flighting and move requests.

We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Commercial Sales & Revenue Operations team in our New York, NY location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing booked business and key accounts
• Developing strong relationships with agency assistants and buyers
• Supporting Account Directors on all aspects of deal management
• Preparing all order letters in order to enter deals into the respective systems Sending out traffic instructions and track down tapes
• Maintaining outlists and cut-off times for their respective Account Directors.

• Resolving discrepancies with agency assistants/buyers and negotiating makegoods.
• Entering sales plans into WideOrbit.

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-2 Years relevant experience
• Previous position in sales environment or internship experience a plus
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc)
• Strong written, oral, and communication skills

The base compensation for this position is $47,500 commensurate with experience.
