Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an electronics company in Cerritos. They are looking to hire a Sales Assistant through October 2026 to cover a leave. This position is paying between $24-$27 an hour based on experience.

Work Duties Include:

• Organizational Skills/Triage and the ability to start/stop tasks with ability to pick up where you left off
• Data Entry, Order Processing (from online vs phone) into CRM, Light phone support when needed, Mail, Ordering Supplies, other assigned tasks to support departments
• Strong comfortability with focused communication and coordination across departments and customers vs vendors -Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Will be quoting customers and learning how to document the orders (Shipping documents)
• This role is a fit for someone who does not need hand holding and can work independently. Some employees are working from home so someone needs to be okay with that
