Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative to join the team of a growing Manufacturing/Industrial parts company. The role is key by supporting the sales operations team with strong administrative support, detailed order entry, and exceptional customer support.

Position Overview

• Provide exceptional service to new and existing customers via phone and email
• Prepare quotes for sales reps and assist with follow-up to customers
• Process sales orders accurately via inbound calls, emails and inquiries
• Communicate invoice and shipping details to customers
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, pricing and/or shipments
• Navigate software and use Google docs

Required

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of inside sales support, customer service or related experience
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Problem resolution, basic math and intermediate computer skills
• Experience working in ERP, Inventory tracking systems or other related systems
