Image Tree Pros seeks a Sales Arborist to combine arboriculture expertise with sales skills to assess trees, recommend services, and close customized proposals for clients. You will build new business, nurture relationships, and collaborate with operations to deliver projects on schedule.

The role emphasizes ISA Arborist credentials, proven tree care sales success, and strong communication. A driver’s license and CRM experience are essential, with a preference for a related degree.

Qualifications

• ISA Certified Arborist certification required.
• Demonstrated sales success in tree care or landscape.
• Strong knowledge of arboriculture practices, tree care techniques, and species.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with a hunter mentality.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site tree assessments and evaluate tree health to inform service recommendations.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and bids addressing client needs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships as the primary contact for inquiries.
• Generate new business through outreach, cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
• Identify additional services to meet client needs and drive growth.
• Coordinate with operations to communicate project requirements and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM.
