Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture or related field preferred.
• ISA Certified Arborist certification is required.
• Proven track record of success in sales in the tree/landscape industry.
• Strong knowledge of arboriculture practices, tree care techniques, and tree species.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Sales and Business Development: Identify new opportunities via cold calling and networking.
• Site Assessments: Conduct on-site evaluations and recommend services.
• Proposal Creation: Develop and present tailored proposals and bids.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with operations to ensure timely execution.
• CRM Management: Maintain records of sales activities and progress.
• Upselling: Identify and recommend additional tree care services.
