Job summary

Palmen Buick GMC Cadillac is seeking a proactive Business Development Center Representative to handle internet inquiries and provide a seamless, informative experience for customers. You will become an expert on all parts of the business and help drive appointments and follow-ups with precision.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, excellent communication, and strong multitasking skills to maintain high customer satisfaction and a positive dealership experience.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required
• Organized, positive, hardworking and friendly personality
• Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve
• Team orientated

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial sales information
• Assist service/sales personnel and deliver messages promptly
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment currently
• Follow up with no-show appointments
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
• Other duties as assigned
