Palmen Auto Stores in Kenosha, WI seeks a Service Business Development Center Representative to handle customer inquiries by phone and online, guiding them to the right service options and providing clear, helpful information.

You will report to the Customer Care Manager and join a long-standing, family-owned team that values reliability and customer satisfaction, offering a competitive hourly rate with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one role in customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial service information.
• Assist service/sales personnel and deliver messages promptly.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment currently.
• Follow up with no-show appointments.
• Follow up with customers after visits.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.

Reporting to our Customer Care Manager, our Service Business Development Center Representative will ensure that all inquiries that come through the phone and internet have a great experience finding what they need. This role has the unique opportunity to be an expert on all parts of the business and deliver information in a clear, efficient and helpful way. The ideal candidate will strive to exceed the customer satisfaction benchmark and go above and beyond to ensure a positive dealership experience.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
