• Follow scripts and processes to ensure consistent communication and quality information gathering.
• Schedule sales and service appointments that maximize both customer convenience and dealership efficiency.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed ones.
• Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of dealership products, promotions, and services.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and customer transitions.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and contact goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
