Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in B2G sales of capital equipment in traffic sector.
• 5+ years in sales management or large accounts management.
• Experience with sensors, electronics and devices for ITS applications.
• Knowledge of network communications equipment and protocols.
• WIM/SHM experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel >50% in United States and Canada; occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive growth for the Traffic Solutions group across North America.
• Manage and support system integrator accounts, DOT customers, partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide technical and sales support through visits, web meetings, phone, and email, including quotes and proposals.
• Develop new projects and partnerships to expand market presence and drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and customer needs to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and support sales across the Americas and globally.
