Job summary

Kistler Instrument Corporation is seeking a Sales and Application Engineer for its Traffic Solutions group in North America. You will drive sales targets, manage key accounts and provide technical support through customer visits, meetings, and proposals.

The role requires a background in B2G sales of ITS equipment, strong project management, and the ability to travel extensively across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in B2G sales of capital equipment in traffic sector.
• Experience in sales management or large accounts management.
• Knowledge of ITS sensors, electronics and devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and grow traffic solutions in North America.
• Manage system integrator accounts, DOT customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Provide technical and sales support via visits, meetings, calls, and quotes.
• Develop projects, partnerships and customer relationships for market expansion.
• Track market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams; use CRM for pipeline.
