SPIROL International Corporation in Danielson, Connecticut, is seeking a Sales Application Engineer/Specialist to blend engineering insight with strategic sales to grow our customer base and market share. The role is on-site and requires traveling to engage with target customers and develop relationships.

Ideal candidates have an engineering or business/marketing degree, 5-7 years of sales experience in engineered assemblies, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Business/Marketing degree with strong technical aptitude.
• 5-7 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in solution sales of direct materials or products into engineered assemblies and applications.
• Ability and desire to travel based on business needs and sales objectives.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Application Engineer/Specialist to join our team in Danielson, Connecticut. This role is 100% on site.

As a Sales Application Engineer / Specialist, you will:

- Use your strong technical aptitude and solution selling skills to identify and engage with new customers;

- Create and execute strategies to penetrate target companies with specific product groups;

- Develop SPIROL advocates and build meaningful relationships with them; and

- Tactfully overcome barriers to success with tenacity, and demonstrate to the customer the benefits of doing business with SPIROL.

The successful candidate will have:

- Engineering or Business/Marketing degree with strong technical aptitude

- 5-7 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in solution sales of direct materials or products into engineered assemblies and applications

- Ability and desire to travel based on business needs and sales objectives

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000-$105,000 annually. Actual starting salary will be determined based on factors including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related considerations.

This position is also eligible to participate in SPIROL's annual incentive program, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable program.
