SPIROL International Corporation seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician for its headquarters in Danielson, Connecticut. This role maintains facilities, grounds and equipment to support our world-class operations.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, painting and grounds upkeep, promoting continuous improvement and cost reduction through proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work without supervision.

Responsabilités

• Maintain facilities, grounds and equipment at SPIROL headquarters in Danielson, CT.
• Policing the grounds, snow/ice removal, and landscape upkeep.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing repairs and minor electrical repairs; paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying issues and delivering cost-saving solutions.

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in Danielson, Connecticut.

This role is responsible for maintaining the facilities, grounds and equipment for our world-class head quarters in Danielson.

This would include:

• Policing the grounds, shoveling/sanding walks as necessary, and maintaining flower beds and shrubs including watering
• Perform carpentry, floor repair, plumbing repairs and minor electrical repairs (Plumbing experience preferred)
• Paint both interior and exterior of building
• Promote continuous improvement by taking the initiative to identify issues and provide solutions with the goal of reducing cost and improving performance

Our requirements for the role include:

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to lift 60 lbs, bend stoop, climb and reach
• Ability to work without supervision

The anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.25 per hour. Actual starting pay will be determined based on factors including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related considerations.
