Job summary

SPIROL International Corporation in Danielson, CT is seeking a Sales Application Engineer/Specialist to join on-site. You will use technical aptitude and solution selling to identify new customers and build strategic relationships across targeted product groups.

The role requires 5–7 years of sales or business development experience, an engineering or business/marketing degree, and willingness to travel as needed to achieve sales objectives.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Application Engineer/Specialist to join our team in Danielson, CT. This role is 100% on site.

As a Sales Application Engineer / Specialist, you will:

• Use your strong technical aptitude and solution selling skills to identify and engage with new customers;
• Create and execute strategies to penetrate target companies with specific product groups;
• Develop SPIROL advocates and build meaningful relationships with them; and
• Tactfully overcome barriers to success with tenacity, and demonstrate to the customer the benefits of doing business with SPIROL.

The successful candidate will have:

• Engineering or Business/Marketing degree with strong technical aptitude
• 5-7 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in solution sales of direct materials or products into engineered assemblies and applications
• Ability and desire to travel based on business needs and sales objectives
