Alliance Air Products, a division of Daikin Applied, seeks a Sales Applications Engineer focused on custom Commercial Air Handlers in Southern California. Onsite in the San Diego office weekly with travel to facilities in Tijuana and to customers.

You will provide technical design guidance to sales teams, analyze requests, and train customers. Requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 2+ years HVAC experience; strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years related experience; 4+ years in commercial HVAC preferred.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read prints, drawings and technical documents.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate support to sales inquiries regarding special applications, systems, or pricing.
• Analyze and propose modifications to current products and services to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate with customers to evaluate and understand their needs.

Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. High school diploma or GED required.2+ years' related experience, 4+ years' experience in commercial HVAC strongly preferred.Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. The range displayed represents the pay range for positions in the job grade which this position falls.
