Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Solutions Sales Manager in Pittsburgh to lead the field service office, align plans and resources, and drive sales growth across service, turnkey and energy solutions. You will coach Account Managers, partner with Aftermarket and National Accounts teams, and promote safety and People-Centered Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 7 years related experience and/or training, preferably in commercial HVAC service industry.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Leadership experience in Service, Sales, and Operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC designs, applications, and energy saving solutions.
• Demonstrated sales success.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and align work and resources so that customer needs, contractual obligations, and service work are completed within appropriate timeframes and meets quality expectations.
• Lead Account Managers team maturity enabling growth in service and repair, complex turnkey, building automation and energy solution projects.
• Build and maintain rapport with internal and external business partners to ensure sales objectives are communicated and achieved.
• Drive implementation of Daikin culture, prioritizing safety and People-Centered Management, for the district.
• Coach and develop employees to maximize performance and potential.
• Recruit, interview, hire and ensure ongoing training and skill development for all employees.

The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law.
