Job summary

United Bank in Cayce, SC is seeking a customer service oriented professional to join our team as a frontline associate. You will handle daily customer inquiries, assist with account transactions, and maintain accurate records while representing the bank professionally.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, a High School diploma, and the ability to obtain an NMLS license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year customer service or related experience required.
• Must possess an NMLS license or obtain NMLS license within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to complete ongoing NMLS training and ensure SAFE Act compliance is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Spanish or additional language a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate a sales oriented professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Very well organized and ability to deal with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Previous banking experience a plus; an understanding of core banking applications
• Ability to represent the Bank professionally at all times.
• Ability to travel to other branch locations as needed.
• Flexibility on work schedule as business needs arise.
