Job summary

United Bank is seeking an experienced manager for key leadership within our Virginia branches. The role emphasizes sales and service excellence, supervising teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with multiple branches and guide staff to meet performance goals. The ideal candidate has at least two years in management, a preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and must obtain an NMLS license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years in a management capacity required.
• NMLS license required or must obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Must complete ongoing NMLS training and SAFE Act compliance.
• Strong sales and service skills.
• Flexibility on work schedule.
• Ability to travel to other branches.
