Job summary

ALLIED FENCE in Georgia is seeking a Sales and Operations Coordinator to support customers, vendors, and employees with operational and sales tasks.

The role requires a customer-service mindset, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and clear communication to ensure orders are accurate and customers receive what they need.

You'll work closely with the team to answer calls, assist with installations and invoicing, set up estimates, and help drive satisfaction and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales and operational calls, assisting ownership of all customer needs.
• Assist customers with installation questions and any customer service needs as well as new sale needs.
• Assist walk-in customers with customer service and over the counter sales.
• Set appointments with customers for estimates.
• Generate and assist in processing work orders.
• Follow up with customers post job completion to ensure satisfaction and obtain reviews.
• Complete outbound sales calls as directed.
• Email final invoicing. Assist accounting as needed.
• Assist outside sales representatives as requested.
• Assist with project execution tasks such as answering questions around administration, installation or invoicing.
• Handle customers’ inquiries/requests in a timely manner.
• Communicates frequently with the customer.

The Sales and Operations Coordinator supports the location by working with customers, vendors, and employees to provide operational and sales services. The Sales and Operations Coordinator supports sales as needed, anything from over the counter sales to following up with customers. The Sales and Operations Coordinator is a true multi-tasker who works in many facets while completing operations tasks and providing customer service to internal and external customers. They work cooperatively with the other members of the team to ensure orders are placed correctly and the customer gets exactly what they need. This position requires a customer service attitude for both internal and external customers.
