Join our team at Terex/CBI as a Sales and Marketing Director, a fully remote position with 75% travel. We seek a skilled leader to contribute to the growth of the CBI division.

Role Overview:

As Sales and Marketing Director, you will lead commercial strategies to maximize sales and margins of industrial environmental equipment. Your responsibilities include dealer management, expanding distribution, managing regional sales teams, and executing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and develop Regional Sales Managers.
  2. Develop and implement sales plans for distributors, including onboarding and business growth strategies.
  3. Manage sales funnel and forecast sales to meet targets.
  4. Ensure contractual compliance and establish sales targets.
  5. Support parts sales and technical training for distributors.
  6. Research market trends and relay feedback for product development.
  7. Participate in marketing activities, trade shows, and industry events.
  8. Oversee marketing budgets, media plans, and campaigns.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years sales experience, with 5+ years in distributor management.
  • Knowledge of capital equipment construction industry and technical product applications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel 75%.
