Qinecsa Solutions is looking for experienced Account Directors to join our global team and drive impactful client partnerships across the USA and EU.

About the Role

As an Account Director at Qinecsa, you will be at the forefront of managing and expanding key technology-enabled service accounts. You'll oversee multi-disciplinary teams and ensure seamless service delivery, all while aligning our advanced tech solutions with client needs. Your focus will be on hunting for new clients, growing your pipeline, commercial excellence, and client satisfaction in a highly regulated, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through consultive or solution-based sales.
  • Execute well on sales strategy by leveraging cold outreach, networking, etc., to grow your pipeline.
  • Lead strategic client relationships with a strong focus on tech-enabled services and solutions for account growth, upselling, and service enhancement.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams across operations, technology, project management, and commercial functions to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Analyze performance metrics, budgets, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and client value.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, client services, or business development, ideally within tech-enabled services, life sciences, or SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value, technology-driven accounts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of service delivery models, digital platforms, and client success in a global or regulated context.
  • A proactive, analytical, and tech-forward mindset.
