Job summary

Massage Envy Davenport is hiring part-time team members to deliver outstanding guest service, help clients feel valued, and support the studio’s wellness mission with a friendly, can-do attitude.

You’ll earn $15.00–$17.00 per hour plus tips, with perks including healthcare for full-time staff, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and generous training. Flexible evenings and weekends help balance life and work while you grow your career in wellness.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Wellness Program; book future services and encourage homecare purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
