Job summary

Massage Envy in Metairie, LA is hiring staff to support client experiences at our Veterans location. You will provide outstanding customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care services, and help book appointments and retail purchases.

The role involves greeting clients, answering inquiries, and growing a loyal client base both in person and via phone or email. The position emphasizes a flexible schedule and on-site work, with competitive base pay plus bonuses and commissions

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to educate clients.
• Excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and ability to build positive relationships with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help clients feel valued and understood.
• Promote Total Body Care and educate clients on services and products, booking future services and retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
