Job summary

Massage Envy Slidell is hiring at our Slidell, LA location to support clients on their wellness journey. You will assist guests, explain services and the Wellness Program, and help with scheduling and product recommendations.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and strong math/computer skills, with excellent people skills to build lasting relationships. A flexible schedule and training are provided to support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent math and computer skills; able to multitask.
• Strong people skills; ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make clients feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; book future services; upsell products.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails; respond to questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
