Job summary

Massage Envy in Mandeville is hiring team members to deliver exceptional customer service and support total body care for clients. You will promote services, book appointments, and guide clients toward retail purchases while working to grow the client base in-store and through outreach.

The role emphasizes a friendly, people-centric environment with training on products, services, and sales, plus opportunities for professional growth within a national wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Educate clients on new and expanded services and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on provider recommendations
• Assist with clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phones, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach
