Job summary

RXO, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Sales Analytics Analyst to support planning, reporting, enablement and process optimization for the sales force. You will build forecasts, analyze pipeline, and enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

Hybrid role based at RXO headquarters with on-site Monday-Thursday and Fridays remote. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in sales analytics, with advanced Excel, Salesforce, and Alteryx experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of business or sales analytics experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Alteryx and BI cube databases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies and initiatives; identify opportunities for sales process improvements and implement new programs.
• Design, implement and lead a high-quality, accurate and consistent sales forecast; ensure data integrity to improve pipeline management.
• Measure sales team effectiveness, analyze trends and communicate targeted sales information and intelligence.
• Recommend sales territory models, coverage, hiring needs and strategic account assignments.
• Collaborate with Global Sales Operations, Finance and HR to establish sales compensation policies.
