Job summary

RXO, Inc. seeks a Sales Analysis Analyst to support sales force productivity through planning, reporting, enablement, and process optimization. The role is based at RXO's Charlotte headquarters and follows a hybrid schedule: onsite Monday through Thursday and remote on Fridays.

You will analyze data, build financial models, and collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance and HR to improve compensation and pipeline management. 2+ years of analytics experience and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of business or sales analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
• Design and lead accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
• Measure sales team effectiveness and analyze business and competitor intelligence.
• Recommend sales territory models and organizational structure.
• Collaborate with Global Sales Ops, Finance and HR on compensation rules.
