Job summary

Otter Products is looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team in Fort Collins, CO, with a hybrid schedule or remote work option across the U.S. The role partners with Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive revenue growth and market expansion through data insights.

The ideal candidate analyzes sales, customer, and market data, builds reporting and KPIs, and presents actionable recommendations to improve profitability and go-to-market effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; analytics, business, finance, statistics or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of sales analysis, business intelligence, or market analysis experience.
• Experience analyzing complex datasets and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Analytics experience in consumer goods industry is a plus.
• Excel experience required; Tableau, PowerBI or similar visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret sales, market, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and key drivers.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to evaluate sales strategies, launches, and channel performance; translate findings into data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and manage KPIs and dashboards; share insights to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making.
• Support accrual planning, CPFR, and replenishment processes with data-driven analyses and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and aligned performance metrics.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership through clear dashboards and reports.
