Job summary

Otter Products, LLC is seeking a Director of Retail Sales to lead the retail sales team and drive strategic plans for revenue and profitability across national retailers. The role is remote within the United States and requires extensive leadership and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.

You will own P&L for the retail channel, oversee budgeted plans, and ensure timely execution of initiatives while supporting the growth and development of your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
• Ten years of experience managing national sales account activity.
• Four years of experience in a manager or higher-level role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of sales professionals responsible for retail channel strategy, sales and account management.
• Develop strategic plans and allocate resources to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Provide leadership to support professional growth of direct reports and the broader sales team.
• Maintain high level relationships with national retailers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in strategic operations and leadership meetings with senior leaders.
