Job summary

B&G Foods Inc. is seeking an analytical Sales Analyst to support the Sales Team by developing reporting systems and creating new reports that monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights.

You will analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, perform store mapping analysis, and help optimize shelf presence using syndicated and POS data, Nielsen and Circana tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience or internship acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Basic skills in AC Nielsen & Circana.

Responsibilities

• Create canned and ADHOC sales reporting as needed.
• Complete store mapping analysis and provide gap-fill insights.
• Identify profitable display opportunities using syndicated and POS data.
• Track store-level performance and inventory sell-through.
• Provide retail pricing analysis and pricing recommendations.
• Maintain internal price list information for retailer.
• Create and maintain reports in systems to meet business needs.
• Utilize Nielsen & Circana tools with Category team for market research.
