Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an analyst role (CPG experience preferred).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; pricing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to upper management.
• Identify opportunities using data systems to drive incremental JB business.
• Compile monthly sales reports and supplier end-of-month reports.
• Track monthly reports on spreadsheets.
• Build PowerPoint supplier recaps and distribute weekly reports.
• Prepare divisional information for supplier meetings and calls.
• Assist in budgeting for local marketing funds and programs.
• Monitor free goods programs and incentive plans.
