Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce data, dashboards, and user access; provide end-user support.
• Prepare recurring sales reports and BI dashboards for leadership and field teams.
• Support data quality and governance across sales data systems.
• Produce monthly KPI summaries and performance analyses for leadership reviews.
• Manage lead, pipeline, and territory data to support accurate forecasting and territory planning.
