Emery Jensen Distribution in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a Sales Effectiveness Analyst (onsite with some remote work). You will manage Salesforce data, dashboards, and recurring reports to drive sales performance and governance. The role supports field teams, lead management, territory data, and end-user training.

You should have 2–4 years in sales operations, strong Excel/Salesforce skills, and BI experience (Power BI). The position offers a hybrid schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/analytics/IS.
• 2–4 years in sales operations, analytics, CRM administration, or related support.
• Experience supporting a field sales org and with CRM platforms preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales ops, reporting, pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support sales tech platforms including Salesforce data, dashboards, reports, and access.
• Prepare recurring sales reports and BI dashboards for leadership and field teams.
• Support data quality and governance; monitor data and coordinate corrections.
• Produce monthly WIG reports, KPI summaries, and category performance analyses.
• Maintain opportunity records, lead workflows, and pipeline tracking in Salesforce.
• Update territory maps and account ownership data per leadership directions.
• Coordinate logistics, prepare reports/presentations, and assist with market blitzes and meetings.
• Provide end-user support and coordinate with sales leaders and Salesforce admins.
