Job summary

Emery Jensen Distribution is seeking a Sales Effectiveness Analyst (onsite) to provide operational, analytical, and administrative support for sales systems, reporting, data management, and processes. You will maintain Salesforce, produce performance reports, ensure data accuracy, and support day-to-day sales operations to enable leadership and field teams to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Sales Operations, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–4 years in sales operations, analytics, CRM administration, or related support function.
• Experience supporting a field sales organization and CRM platforms preferred.
• Working knowledge of sales ops, CRM, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Understanding of KPIs, forecasting, lead management, and territory administration.
• Data governance and data quality management knowledge.
• Salesforce administration and reporting proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support sales technology platforms, including Salesforce data, dashboards, reports, and user access; assist with testing and user support.
• Prepare recurring sales reports and BI outputs for leadership and field teams.
• Support data quality and governance by monitoring data and coordinating corrections across systems.
• Produce monthly WIG dashboards, KPI summaries, and category analyses for leadership reviews.
• Manage lead and pipeline processes, ensuring current and complete data in Salesforce.
• Maintain territory maps and account ownership data per leadership instructions.
• Coordinate logistics for sales initiatives, prepare reports, and assist with market blitzes and program rollouts.
• Provide end-user support and document business requirements; coordinate with Salesforce admins and sales leadership.
