Job summary

Essent Group Ltd. in Radnor, PA seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Business Development team and the sales organization. The role emphasizes data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive performance and provide actionable insights.

You will build dashboards in Power BI and maintain Excel-based analyses, while coordinating materials for team meetings and assisting with inquiries from the sales force.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Analytical and research experience required.
• Experience in a sales environment preferred.
• Project team management experience preferred.
• Experience with dashboard systems (PowerBI) preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supports sales management special projects in support of the sales team and goals.
• Collects data, analyzes, and reports information on competitive comparisons and volumes.
• Produce actionable reporting and dashboards to meet evolving business requirements.
• Manage the queue for sales inquiries and report quarterly on training needs or system enhancements.
• Coordinate, develop materials for Business Development team meetings.
• Provide admin support for the department and assist project teams as assigned.
• Collaborate with project teams to evaluate customer needs and obtain feedback.
