Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a data analytics professional to lead data integration, analytics strategy, and forecasting efforts for risk assessment and scenario planning.

The role partners with regional sales leaders to improve the accuracy and adoption of sales performance data using Salesforce CRM and Oracle data sources. The candidate will develop automated reports, support regional decision-making, and drive predictive analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with higher experience in business analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform data integration and analytics strategy for risk assessment and scenario planning.
• Generate standard or customer reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Partner with regional sales leaders to improve quality and usage of sales performance data.
• Develop and automate sales and demand forecasts using Python (pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn).
• Lead special projects to improve data-based decision-making across regions.
