Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer service or financial services
• Prior leadership experience is needed
• Education may be used as a proxy for ability to perform technical activities

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and AdHoc reporting for field sales
• Identify trends and outliers via interpretation of BI data
• Translate business data into market insights and actionable reporting
• Support senior leadership with revenue generation and process improvement opportunities
