Qualifications

4+ years in customer service or financial services
Prior leadership experience
HS diploma or GED equivalent
Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and AdHoc reporting and ensure accessibility for the field sales organization.
Identify operating trends and outliers via analysis of BI data.
Assist with development and implementation of metrics/reporting to drive business results.
Translate business data into market insights and actionable reporting.
Communicate with all levels of sales to support objectives and growth opportunities.
Enable sales teams with actionable recommendations and executive summaries.
Support senior leadership and partners in revenue generation and process improvements.
Elevate risk issues and assist with mitigation as needed.
Collaborate with sales performance teams on performance initiatives.
