Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate / Bachelor's degree in business related discipline preferred.
• 4+ years in customer service or financial services industry is needed.
• Prior leadership experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and AdHoc reporting for the field sales organization.
• Identify operating/performance trends and outliers via BI data.
• Assist with development and implementation of metrics/reporting to drive results.
• Translate data into market insights and actionable reporting.
• Communicate with all levels of sales to support corporate objectives and growth opportunities.
• Provide executive summaries and actionable recommendations.
• Support senior leadership and matrix partners in revenue generation and process improvement.
