Qualifications

• 3+ years of data and business analysis experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, Power BI and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, ServiceNow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and propose practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets.
• Prioritize business and information needs with management.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Provide ongoing reports and statistical analyses.
• Develop data collection systems and strategies to improve data quality.
