Job summary

Adams Thermal Systems seeks a data-driven Business Analyst, Sales to support customers, the sales team, and leadership. You will blend analytics, financial insight, and cross-functional problem solving to improve commercial outcomes.

In this role, you’ll prepare executive-ready reports, analyze customer and market data, support pricing and costing, and help steer strategic sales initiatives with accuracy and clear communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Advanced Excel and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Compile, analyze, and publish sales planning, forecasting, and performance reports.
Develop analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
Prepare executive-ready reports and high-level business presentations.
Analyze customer, product, pricing, and market data to support decisions.
Support market research, benchmarking, and strategic sales initiatives.
Assist with costing and pricing analyses and related documentation.
Maintain databases for RFQs, quotations, and commercial activities.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
